Podcast Production Music, LLC provides custom podcast production elements including intros, outros, bumpers, sponsor ads, and theme songs. All purchases are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use your custom production elements for your podcast. We retain all underlying composition rights.
3. SMS COMMUNICATIONS
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to our SMS Terms of Service available at https://podcastproductionmusic.com/sms-terms. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services.
5. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
